Flaminio traditional polenta
Ingredients: Pre-cooked, 100% Italian corn meal.
Ready in 5 minutes.
Packaging: 300 g bag – 12 bags per package.
Ingredients: 300 g of Flaminio polenta, 50 g of Flaminio Delicato (Delicate) extra-virgin olive oil, 25 g of onion, 1 clove of garlic, 20 g of celery, 1 carrot, 1 kg of tomato purée, salt and pepper.
Sauté the onion, celery, carrot, garlic, salt and pepper with Flaminio extra-virgin olive oil, adding the tomato and allowing it all to boil for 15 minutes.
Bring 3/4 litre of water to a boil with a pinch of salt.
When the water boils, add the Flaminio polenta, and stirring it continuously. After 5 minutes, the polenta is ready.
Pour the prepared sauce on the plate, add the polenta, and add more sauce.
