Flaminio Umbrian Pearled Spelt
Grown at the foot of the Umbrian Apennine Mountains, this spelt does not need to be soaked and take little time to cook.
Packaging: 400 g bag – 12 bags per package.
Ingredienti: 250 g of Flaminio spelt, Flaminio Fruttato (Fruity) extra-virgin olive oil, 100 g of minced meat, celery, carrot, onion, salt, pepper, diced tomato, meat broth, parmesan cheese.
Finely mince the celery, carrot and onion and sauté them in Flaminio extra-virgin olive oil along with the meat, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Add the tomato and cook for 15 minutes.
Put the spelt in cold water and bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
Drain and then add to the sauce and allow it to cook for 20 minutes, adding broth if necessary.
