Flaminio Umbrian Chick Peas

Grown on the piedmont of the Umbrian Apennine Mountains.

Packaging:  400 g bag – 12 bags per package..

Marinated chick peas

Ingredients: 400 g of Flaminio chick peas, Flaminio Delicato (Delicate) extra-virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 sprig of rosemary, 2 potatoes approximately 150 g, pepper, onion, salt.

Soak the Flaminio chick peas for approximately 6 hours, then boil them in salted water for at least 20 minutes along with the garlic and rosemary.

Cook the potatoes in salted water.

Once they are cooked, peel and mash them.

Drain the chick peas, add to the potatoes and mix for 2 minutes.

Dress with Flaminio extra-virgin olive oil, pepper and slices of fresh onion.
