This Flaminio olive oil is unfiltered to enhance its flavour and aroma to the maximum and keep all of its natural richness intact.
A selection that is limited in quantity, only 5000 bottles, due to its very low yield and to the fact that it is harvested early and does not last long: unfiltered olive oil is a winter oil. Although the olive bits give the olive oil a rich aroma and flavour, they can change the flavour over an extended period.

Continuous, two-and-a-half-phase cycle extracted cold 12 hours after harvesting.
