Produced by cold extraction, from olives harvested by hand in mid-November and pressed within 12 hours, the complexity of its aromas and flavours reflects the olive oil culture and tradition handed down over three generations.

Flaminio Delicato Olive oil (Delicate) was created as a result of the intuition of our Master Taster Guerrino Perotti, class of 1915, the leading exponent of the ancient Umbrian tasting school. For this bottle only, the most delicate and harmonious olive oils are selected from the individual pressings.
With a delicate flavour, lightly fruity and rich, with an emerald green colour, it is unmistakable for its exclusive, elegant and refined characteristics.

Children particularly love its delicate flavour.
